# How the platforms are ranked

Every ranking on this site uses criteria that are stated up front and that anyone can check on the vendors' own websites. A platform meets a criterion only when the vendor publishes it, on its pricing, feature, documentation or support pages. Each ranking covers the same ten platforms.

## Sources

Criteria are awarded only from the vendor's own pages: pricing pages, feature lists, documentation and support articles. Review sites, resellers and search snippets are never used to award a criterion. Company background, such as an acquisition, may also come from a press release. Each platform profile links to the pages it was based on.

## Reading the tables

- **Yes:** the vendor states it.
- **No:** the vendor places it in a higher plan than the entry plan, or states that it is not offered.
- **n/a:** the vendor's pages that were read do not say. This is not the same as no.

## Ordering

Platforms are ordered by the number of criteria met. Platforms with the same number are listed alphabetically. Prices are shown as each vendor publishes them, in the vendor's own currency and billing basis, and are never converted.

## Entry plan

The entry plan is the lowest paid plan that a business can buy without contacting sales. Free plans are not treated as the entry plan, because they usually carry screen limits or a watermark.

## Updates and corrections

Vendor facts were last checked on 25 October 2026. Prices and plans change, so the rankings are rechecked about every two months.
